What are you currently reading?
- Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys – audiobook
- War Storm (Red Queen, #4) by Victoria Aveyard – physical book
I’m almost done with Out of the Easy after getting a lot of time to listen to it the past couple of days. I’ll hopefully finish it up today if we aren’t too busy at work. This book is really good and I love the bit of mystery in it. It also makes me want to go back to New Orleans really soon!
I’m almost halfway through War Storm. It took me a bit to really get into it, as I didn’t remember anything that happened in the last book… OOPS! However, things are finally clicking for me and the plot has picked up as well. I’m hoping to finish this by this weekend (it’s seriously a hefty book, y’all!), but since I have family coming in for the holiday weekend, we’ll see if I have time to pick it up. I’m nervously excited to see how this series ends!

- Defy the Worlds (Constellation, #2) by Claudia Gray – physical book
- Saints and Misfits by S.K Ali – physical book
I’m adding Defy the Worlds to my TBR because I finally bought a copy and it’s killing me to put off picking up any longer than I have to. I miss this world and need to dive back into it immediately! Also, as has been my plan for a while now, I hope to dive into ACOFAS and Saints and Misfits before I leave for NYC and BookCon next week. Ahhhhhh!!!

I’m very happy to hear I’m not the only one who can’t remember what happened in the last Red Queen book. I got a copy of War Storm last week but haven’t started yet as I’m afraid I’ll be lost. They should put a quick recap at the start.

Oh, you’re definitely not haha! It’s taken me longer to remember names and events but it’s finally coming together for me. I definitely wouldn’t mind a little recap as well!
