So I’ve stopped reading multiple books at once and am just focusing on the one book. And I really love this one so far. It’s a little slow-moving but the way it’s written makes it so mysterious and you just can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next.
What did you recently finish reading?
Heartless by Marissa Meyer
Y’all, this book was just sooooo good. I should be having the review up tomorrow, as I try to break my blogging slump. So if y’all have been pissed at me because I haven’t been posting hardly any recently, I’M SORRY! I hope that’ll change this month. Fingers crossed, at least!

American Fire by Monica Hesse
Thought I’d switch it up a bit next with some non-fiction. This one was one of my picks for Book of the Month Club a couple of months ago and has been begging for me to pick it up ever since. I used to read non-fiction at least a few times a year, but haven’t in a long time. Time to change that nonsense!
And afterwards? I have no idea, because I’ve been in such a reading slump that I haven’t really planned ahead for this month. I should probably do that though, huh?
