What are you currently reading?
Empire of Storms (Throne of Glass, #5) by Sarah J. Maas
I only just started this book yesterday, but after the whirlwind ride of fun that was Queen of Shadows, I’ve got high hopes for this one! And yes, I know all about the mixed reviews and no, I’m not going to let it rob me of my anticipation. Just let me have this one moment of high hopes before they get bashed into the wall, along with my head.

Queen of Shadows (Throne of Glass, #4) by Sarah J. Maas
Y’all, this book was awesome from start to finish. Which was a really nice change, especially after the slower paced Heir of Fire. My full review should be posted in the next few days.
What do you think you’ll read next?
- The Secret History by Donna Tartt
- Moon Chosen (Tales of a New World, #1) by P.C. Cast
Even though I know that I won’t make it to either of these in time for Tome Topple, I still plan to read these two hulking books next. I’m pretty excited for both, as I’ve heard great things about The Secret History and early reviews for Moon Chosen have been good, as well!

Wonderfilled Reads 
The Secret History sounds like an intriguing read but I’m assuming not an easy one based on what I’ve heard about The Goldfinch. I hope you enjoy it 🙂

Thanks! I’ve heard really great things about it, so I’m hoping it lives up to the hype. I know The Goldfinch got mixed reviews so fingers crossed that this one is better. 😊

You look like you’ve been on a role by reading great books. Hope Donna Tart’s book keeps up the pattern! I’ve had it in my TBR for a long time now. It seems really promising.

Thanks! Yeah, I’ve actually had a really good reading month overall, and I hope it continues! I’ll definitely be posting of review of it when I finish it. I’ve heard good things!

Stop reading so fast, woman! I started Crown of Midnight to catch up, but there’s no way that I’ll read fast enough to catch up to Captain Speed Reader. 🙂

Hahaha oh whatever! I was already 2.5 books ahead of you! You’re the one who’s the speed reader. You read so many books in a month that it makes my head spin haha. 😂

Haha! I didn’t read as fast in November because of my book stuff. I think I only read about 6 books. 😂 I feel like such a slacker. Last month I think I read 17 books.

I’m glad you liked QoS!! See, the series is pretty good 😉 EoS is good. There are some slower parts but I absolutely love Manon and Elide.

Yes, it was soooo good! I’m starting to enjoy Manon’s chapters a whole lot more but I’m still meh with Elide although she’s getting more interesting.

I wasn’t in love with Elide at first either, but her chapter with Lorcan were great 🙌🏼
