This book has definitely kept my interest since I started it late last night. I’m almost 200 pages into it and things are really starting to amp up. I’m really enjoying how independent Lia is becoming and the development her character has gone through. However, I’m none too happy with Rafe right now. Pearson is trying to turn him into a know-it-all butthead and I don’t really appreciate that. That just happens to be one of my pet peeves with authors – turning our favorite characters into jerks. So mean!

I just bought the first book in this series for my Kindle not too long ago. I keep hearing good things about the series which has me excited to get to it.

Awesome! The first book was a little slow for me but each book afterwards has gotten progressively better. I hope you enjoy them!
