THIS WEEK’S RANDOM QUESTION: Which book do you wish you’d written yourself?

I Can’t Wait to Get a Copy of…

28588345

Seriously, I don’t think I can wait until October to get my hands on The Midnight Star (The Young Elites, #3) by Marie Lu. I mean, just look at this gorgeous cover! Plus, that ending in The Rose Society left me reeling. Shit got dark, real dark. I’m not even sure who are the good guys and who’re the bad guys anymore. AND I LOVE IT.

Come on, Lu, crush my soul. I’m ready.

Which Book Do You Wish You’d Written Yourself?

Red-Rising-Trilogy-by-Pierce-Brown

This might be cheating by choosing this trilogy, but I don’t care. This series has everything that I enjoy in my novels – crazy action, great quotes, amazing characters, political intrigue, and plot twists that will leave you screaming WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! If you haven’t yet read these books, then I really really encourage you to pick them up. The first book, Red Rising, might remind you a little bit like an adult version of The Hunger Games but don’t let it fool you because Golden Son turns the storyline into a space opera a la Dune or Star Wars.

Plus, Pierce Brown is bae. And when I met him, he complimented me on my really white teeth and we talked about the Friends episode where Ross bleaches his teeth, haha!

What books are you looking forward to getting your greedy little hands on? Any new releases or maybe book that came out last year? What book do you wish you had written first? Let me know in the coments!
